NINA CURTIS

One of Australia’s most successful female sailors, Nina is an Olympic Silver Medallist and World Champion. She has competed with the Australian sailing team for 10 years over three different classes and most recently she competed in the Volvo Ocean Race 2017/18 with Team Brunel placing 3rd overall.

 

Over her sailing career, Nina has been exposed to the highest level of sports and functional training, therefore learning what it takes to make goals become a reality.

 

Before turning to sailing full time, Nina completed a Bachelor of Arts in Human Movement at the University of Technology, Sydney. As well as a being a full time athlete, Nina enhanced her knowledge by completing her Certificates III and IV in Personal Training, and Level 1 Yoga Teacher training certification. Her lifelong passion and career in professional sport has fuelled her interest in nutrition, health and wellbeing, this is highly reflected in her approach in teaching where she incorporates these beliefs.

 

Nina has the ability to design and implement workouts targeting individual and specific needs, whether you’re a competitive or recovering athlete, a weekend warrior or someone who has a specific goal in mind. Nina can help you get the most out your mind and body with her unique approach to training.
